Palung Ri 7013 m.

Palung Ri is situated north of Cho Oyu, E-NE of Nangpa La (Khumbu La) is one of the recently opened peaks for climbing and yet remains unclimbed. The peak is seen from
Hungde on the way to Cho Oyu B C .The facts of less visited area and the lack of information of previous climb make the expedition a true and challenging quest of adventure. It is essential to be totally self-sufficient to remain self contained for the expedition. A trip to this mountain gives an opportunity to venture into a little visited as yet un-spoilt region of Tibet. 
 

Intinerary
:

Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu and overnight hotel
Day 2 Kathmandu and overnight hotel
Day 3 Kathmandu and overnight hotel
Day 4 Drive to Kodari & transfer zhangmu 2300 m.
Day 5 Drive Nylam 2750 m.
Day 6 Nylam rest day for acclimatization
Day 7 Drive to Tingri 4340 m.
Day 8 Tingri rest day for acclimatization
Day 9 Drive to Chinese Base Camp 5000m. Camping
Day 10 Chinese BC
Day 11 Prepared load to Yak for ABC
Day 12 Base Camp – Middle Camp with Yaks
Day 13 Middle Camp to ABC
Day 14 to 29 Climbing period for Palung Ri 7013 m.
Day 30 Back to Base Camp
Day 31 Base Camp drive to Zhangmu
Day 32 Drive Zhangmu - Kathmandu
Day 31 Kathmandu
Day 32 Depart Kathmandu

Cost: Group Joining Basis (Group size minimum 4 person)
4-7 pax € 5779 per person

8-10 pax € 4644 per person
Climbing Sherpa, Per Sherpa is € 2389 (if required)

The above cost includes:

1. Accommodation in Kathmandu 5 nights on a share twin, bed and breakfast basis and en route to and from the base camp.
2. All meals en route to and from the Base Camp
4. Airport/Hotel/Airport & Kathmandu/Border/Kathmandu transportation.
5. Tibetan visa fee and expeition permit.
6. Food and accommodation in the Base camp tents with Kitchen, dinning, toilet and shower tents.
